inkNinja (inkninja.co) prints and makes custom products in Kuwait. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Your order

An order is confirmed when we accept it and send you an order confirmation. For designed or uploaded artwork, we may send a proof first. Production starts once you approve the proof or, if no proof is needed, once the order is confirmed.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and include everything except delivery, which is shown at checkout. You can pay by cash on delivery. Other payment methods appear at checkout when available.

3. Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload or design, including logos, photos, text and fonts. You keep the rights to your artwork. You allow us to use it only to make and deliver your order. We do not print content that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.

4. Colours and materials

Screens and printers differ. Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on your device, and materials can vary slightly between batches. We match approved proofs as closely as printing allows.

5. Delivery and pickup

We deliver across Kuwait and offer pickup where shown. Delivery times are estimates. Check your order on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is wrong.

6. Reprints and refunds

Custom products are made for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you approved, we reprint it or refund it. See our refund policy.

7. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

8. Our content

The inkNinja name, logo, site and editor belong to us. Do not copy them.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

10. Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Kuwait.
